All information submitted via a CoolSTOP submittal form, or by e-mail to CoolSTOP, is received by CoolSTOP on a non-confidential basis and CoolSTOP shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. CoolSTOP reserves the right to comment about such information, as well as the individual or business entity who submitted such information and any linked Web sites which are part of such transmitted information.
